The family at the helm of Gold Coast’s new Italian Cafe Cucina Bar Modo Mio will open in June at Pacific Fair as the Gold Coast’s newest dining destination by owner operators Max and Amanda Alfieri.
Originally from Napoli, the Alfieri family have generated a loyal following from Adelaide to Sanctuary Cove and will now set up in the prominent location of Gold Coast’s most iconic shopping and dining precinct.
In true Italian spirit and with a huge passion for the industry, the Alfieri family pride themselves on offering a dining experience that exceeds expectations and Modo Mio will continue that legacy.
“Our commitment to superb hospitality is matched only by our dedication to creating a magnificent space that’s both comfortable and stylish,” Alfieri said.
With European hospitality running through the veins of Modo Mio, Alfieri’s knowledge and expertise will be on full display at the restaurant.
The family will appoint an executive chef to help introduce the elevated Italian concept.
Boasting friendly service and fresh flavours in a glamorous casual space, Modo Mio will cater to authentic cuisine with a modern twist.
