The owners of the new Italian café cucina bar coming to Pacific Fair announced a surprise never seen before will be part of the restaurant’s grand opening in June 2023.
Modo Mio’s modern take on traditional cuisine has been 6 months in the making for owners Max and Amanda Alfieri and it’s set to bring retro style Italian-Mediterranean to the heart of the Gold Coast.
The grand opening in June is expected to be an unforgettable evening with added special details.
“There’s nothing we love more than good food and a spectacular opening event along with a few little never seen before surprises,” Alfieri said.
Inspired by internationally renowned shopping destinations, such as LA Century City and Marina Sands in Singapore, the pair wanted to create a unique and memorable dining experience on the Gold Coast.
Long-time restauranteurs, the Alfieri’s are seasoned experts in authentic cuisine and upmarket dining having run a popular Sanctuary Cove restaurant for over a decade.
